Works perfectly on MacOS 12.3.1…
If you are having issues look back at previous versions for all answers including why you disabled the launch daemon or click cancel when it asks to install a helper. Don’t do that or click update and still expect it to work.

I had the same problem, so I started doing a search on my MacBook, and I found /Library/LaunchDaemons
The way I found it was
1. Click on Finder top left of the screen
2. Click on Preferences and then proceed to click on Hard Disks
3. Click on your Macintosh HD to open it, then click on Library folder
4. In your Library folder find LaunchDaemons, that is where you will find com.macpaw.CleanMyMac4.Agent.plist
5. After you have located the LaunchDaemons folder. Open up your Terminal in Utilities in Applications
6. Copy only sudo launchctl load -w onto the Terminal and then grab and hold the LaunchDaemons folder and paste it onto the Terminal next to sudo launchctl load -w /Library/LaunchDaemons
7. Enter your password and press Enter
Hopefully this method workout for you as it worked for me
