TNT’s 2023 release is out. It successfully removes the registration prompt.
But neither the HCiSO or TNT release is working in terms of delivering the de-noise results, as a standalone app or a Photoshop plugin.
I can tweak and preview the results within the app (noticeable improvement compared to 2022, btw), but it doesn’t return the rendered results back to Photoshop.
Open an image with the app, de-noise, save as. You get the same noisy image.

In order for it to work you have to click APPLY first and then DONE when file is rendered.

Works perfectly. You need at least a piece of brain to figure out it the crack patches the login procedure, allowing you to put ANYTHING into login and password fields.

Tried logging in after reinstalling and patching and I just get an invalid login/password message displayed.

its malware, this app installs a background launcher…if you use an m1 with Ventura you will get a notification that its acting in the background, that means they receive information about when you launch it and if you paid for it etc
