considering there is no patch in this version 13.2 if you have previously downloaded 13.1 us this patch for 13.2 and it works

download 13.1 version as well as 13.2 install 13.2 and use the patch from 13.1

download 13.1 version then download 13.2 use the patch from 13.1 to work 13.2
might be an idea to install little snitch which i have down, its still working now
