keygen WILL work but you will need to use terminal to codesign the wineskin.app inside the keygen app.
codesgin -f -s — —deep /Applications/KeyGenApp64.app/Wineskin.app
adjust the path above as appropriate if the keygen is not in your Applications folder.

Hello could you be more precise for the key gen code to put in the terminal. My abelton program is in the app folder and the keygenapp64 as well. When I enter you code in terminal (which have a mistake btw you wrote sgin and not sign) I receive this error “error: The specified item could not be found in the keychain.”. I’m on macOsX 10.15.3

Using Wine app. Replaced wineskin with wine, still getting “The specified item could not be found in the keychain”

When you extract the KeyGenApp64.app archive, there is a README file. Following all of its steps (including moving the .exe out of the dmg mounted drive in addition to renaming it) worked for me.
I also had to temporarily disable gatekeeper.
