Colori
A lightweight macOS color-palette generator from enSili.co that turns a single base color into harmonies and ready-made schemes, then exports codes for design and development workflows.
Typical Mac workflow
You pick a starting color in the native interface and browse generated harmonies such as complementary, analogous, and triadic sets alongside hundreds of bundled palettes. Copy hex, RGB, or HSL values as you compare options for a UI theme, brand refresh, or illustration project. When a palette fits, export to CSS, LESS, SASS, or other formats the app supports so you can drop variables straight into a stylesheet or design handoff document.
Colori targets designers, front-end developers, and creative freelancers who want fast palette exploration without opening a full image editor or a browser-only tool. The app stays small, runs locally, and updates through Sparkle from the vendor CDN. enSili.co sells lifetime licenses through Paddle with no subscription model on the developer site, and a short trial lets you test palette generation before purchase.
Licensing and version 1.9.0
Colori requires macOS 12.0 Monterey or later and runs on Intel and Apple Silicon Macs. Version 1.9.0 (build 458), released 4 July 2026, delivers better performance, improved color handling, a new license view, and assorted minor fixes per the official Sparkle changelog. Download builds are signed and distributed from ensili.co and cdn.ensili.co rather than the Mac App Store.
