Money Pro targets users who want a single ledger for everyday money management rather than a bank-only aggregator. The main areas mirror the app tabs: Accounts for checkbook-style registers and reconciliation, Budgets for category limits with rollover rules, Bills for recurring due dates on a calendar, Reports for cash flow and net-worth views, and More for settings, currencies, and exports. You can mark bill due dates, approve transactions from a Today view, attach receipt photos, split one purchase across categories, and import OFX or CSV history when you migrate from another tool.
On Mac, the workflow usually starts by setting up accounts and categories, then logging income and expenses as they happen or importing a statement batch. Platform notes
Money Pro requires macOS 12.0 or later per the current Mac App Store build. iBear also ships Money Pro 3.0 with a redesigned interface on iPhone and iPad; the Mac App Store title covered here remains on the 2.11.x line. Version 2.11.30 (June 2026) is a small maintenance update with unspecified bug fixes rather than a feature release.
