    The same for me. I use several uninstall apps to complete uninstall MS Office, but previous registration email still stay with the request to activate office to use it. I also done the recommended setup (so without start MS Office until I apply the VL licence) but not working :-/ BigSur 11.6

      Hi! According to your explanation, at first you uninstalled completely (clean uninstall) the Office 2019, didn’t you? One question: Did you remove the Office license using the tool provided by Microsoft (License Removal Tool) before you completed the deletion of Office 2019. After all these steps, you made a new and clean install of the Microsoft Office LTSC for Mac 2021 v16.54 VL Multilingual, and the result showed that the new version of the Office did NOT work at all.     I have 16.54 now as Office 2019 so I don’t understand what the difference is. I tried to look up on the net if there is any interface difference in the Mac version besides the watered down outlook.

    Hi everybody, use this tool to remove actual licence : Microsoft_Office_License_Removal_2.7.pkg
    You find it on the internet easy
    When it done, you can install this version!

    Nope, this license removal tool doesn’t do anything. Install still doesn’t work on big sur latest version.

    also works fine with Beta OS Monterey. Simply remove the old version and then install the new version. Is Office 2021

    this worked for me:

    sudo launchctl unload -w /Library/LaunchDaemons/com.microsoft.office.licensingV2.helper.plist
    sudo rm -f /Library/Preferences/com.microsoft.office.licensingV2.plist
    sudo rm -f /Library/Preferences/com.microsoft.autoupdate2.plist
    sudo rm -f /Library/PrivilegedHelperTools/com.microsoft.office.licensingV2.helper
    sudo rm -f /Library/LaunchDaemons/com.microsoft.office.licensingV2.helper.plist

    Installed this. Didn’t work as it couldn’t recognise the license. Did everything as mentioned above (removed the old license too). Now since it didn’t work, I uninstalled it and installed the old version. That wouldn’t work either

    If you have 2019 VL installed just update the files to 16.54 using (Google search for) “Most current packages for Office for Mac” — it has all the official installers. There is nothing amazingly new about Office 2021; its just the same as 2019. No new interface or significant features… just the next bump up from 16.5X

    it works for me i used CleanMyMac. First you have to uninstall the software with CleanMyMac then install the Office and apply the crack. It’s that simple !!!

    The crack works after updating the Office from 2019 to 2021 using Microsoft Updater and running crack, installing it over previously installed version. No need to remove or reinstall anything.
