It works fine here on Catalina.
Install with dmg file. I only installed the components since I work with logic pro x.
After installation go to plugnin/component folder in your library and do
xattr -cr
with installed ozone plugins. It works nice here…

I already installed this version with dmg file , i use logic pro also , when i try to load the plugin i have an error in a small screen

use terminal program, as superuser credentials (name/password).
in terminal navigate to plugins folder (or drag top of window “PIF” to terminal).
paste or type in command xattr -cr
Press Enter
See what happens.

For me, after installation (on Monterey / M1) only the plugins are present in /components, /vst and /vst3. After xattr -cr in the terminal, they are also loaded. But the standalone version is missing in the programs folder. Is this correct? In a previous version (but with me under Mojave and Intel) was always a standalone version of the software present. Can this be due to the M1, or is the software now organized differently? The installation took quite a while, so I’m surprised that only the plugins are there.

Okay, these seem to be single plugins now, with no standalone app, as far as I understand.
I would also like to share: “Ozone Pro.vst3”, crashes constantly for me in both Bitwig and Logic. This is the main plugin that also includes the “Master Assistant”. However, by reloading the plugin several times in Bitwig, I was able to catch times when it didn’t crash immediately and was able to work with it for a while. The settings remained in Bitwig after the crashes. The other Ozone VSTs from the package run stable here.
Maybe this will help others with M1/Monterey.

Every time I try the xattr -cr command in terminal I get ‘zsh: permission denied:’ . Im logged in as a super user so I dont know what im doing wrong. This is the exact command Im typing in ‘/Library/Audio/Plug-Ins xattr -cr’ ..Is that correct??

Try this:
1. open terminal
2. type “sudo xattr -cr ” (with space, without quotes)
3. leave the terminal window open
4. open finder
5. go to “/Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/VST3” (and/or VST and/or Components)
6. select all Ozone files in the folder
7. drag n drop the files into the terminal behind “sudo xattr -cr ” (the result should look similar to below)
8. press enter
9. type your MacOS password
That’s all.
Result should look similar to this:

They all work well on Logic (Macos 12.3.1. Monetery), except for Ozone Pro… When using that one Logic crashes. So I uninstalled that one and kept the rest.

Install it, then copy paste the components/vst elements from Moria folder to the real folder (Library, Audio, etc)
Then follow the steps Marvin said:

I’m getting errors from logic pro 10,7,4 your audio units are not compatible so sometimes they works and sometimes does not open. And into the Module library it says: File cannot be opened, even if I’ve followed the drag and drop steps of every folder from the cracked libraries. Any idea?
