Although, usually, installing and uninstalling apps on a Mac is reduced to simple drag and drop actions (to the Applications folder or to the Trash, respectively), there still are things that happen in the background.

  4. Hi, I’m trying to install/open the app on my Mac and I’m getting this error message:

    “Your Mac does not support this application. Try reinstalling or downloading the version for your system.”

    I have a MacBook Pro with an M1 Pro chip.

    Could you please let me know what I can do to fix this?
    Is there a specific version I should download for my Mac, such as Apple Silicon / M1 / ARM, Intel, or Universal?
