Arnold for Cinema 4D v4.2.4
Arnold is an advanced Monte Carlo ray tracing renderer built for the demands of feature-length animation and visual effects. Originally co-developed with Sony Pictures Imageworks and now their main renderer, Arnold is used at over 300 studios worldwide including ILM, Framestore, MPC, The Mill and Digic Pictures. Arnold was the primary renderer on dozens of films from Monster House and Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs to Pacific Rim and Gravity. It is available as a standalone renderer on Linux, Windows and Mac OS X, and is accessible through plug-ins for Maya, Softimage, Houdini and Katana.

Works fine for C4D R26! Just change the patched file in application folder after install.

i did that. i have all the folders in the c4d R26 > Arnold folders and replaced the patched file in the bin folder, but when starting C4D it does not show any sign of arnold. Only User Scrips (that dont work). in prefs > renderer Arnold doesn’t show up. Any idea what this could be about? thx 🙂

I am experiencing the exact problem Chris is has. Did everything accordingly but still a no show for Arnold when I open up Cinema4D. Is there something we are overseeing?

ok so this is from the arnoldrenderer website: Rosetta2 mode for M1 Macs is no longer supported by Cinema 4D S26. This means Arnold can not run on Apple Mac models with M series chips in Cinema 4D S26 at the moment. M1 support is planned in a future release.
