hey if you are getting the error 1 you have to download the two following from adobe:
1. creative cloud uninstaller – run it and hit uninstall.
2. adobe creative cloud cleaner tool – when you run it make sure to select all when you hit clean.
once you’ve done that error 1 message will dissapear.
this is a common problem with adobe and catalina. look it up!

Doesn’t work for me (Mojave 10.14)- once open installer it says “Something went wrong Please try again later.”
