Royal TSX on Mac
Royal TSX is a connection manager for macOS that puts RDP, SSH, VNC, web, VMware, and file-transfer sessions into one tabbed workspace instead of juggling separate apps per protocol.
How teams use it
You organize servers, credentials, and tasks in Royal documents that can be shared across Windows, Mac, iOS, and Android clients in the Royal TS/X family. Double-click a connection to open a remote desktop, terminal, browser panel, or SFTP browser in a tab. Dynamic folders, command tasks, secure gateways, and credential vaults with TOTP support help automate large inventories. Integration with KeePass, LastPass, and the Royal Passwords browser extension keeps logins close to the sessions that need them.
Licensing
Royal TSX runs indefinitely in Shareware Mode without registration: up to 10 connections, 10 credentials, and one open document, with no feature caps. Larger environments need a perpetual license with software maintenance for upgrades. A free 30-day trial license removes limits for evaluation. Documents and settings stay on your Mac or in team-shared files rather than a mandatory cloud vault.
Version 6.4.3.1000
Build 6.4.3.1000 (released May 12, 2026) is a maintenance update focused on bugfixes rather than new features. It follows the 6.4.0 release that improved macOS 26 Tahoe compatibility and added small workflow tweaks. Royal TSX 6.x requires macOS 11 Big Sur or later and ships native Apple Silicon and Intel builds from the vendor site. Version 6.0 and later needs a new license key if your maintenance has expired.
