    The Finder can’t complete the operation because some data in “Final Cut Pro” can’t be read or written.
    (Error code -36)

      Did you just download using utorrent and ran the dmg? then transfer to the applications folder. Anything needed to do with the extras folder?

      For me I have installed and opened but the applications opens and closes automatically

    Doesn’t work. Keeps giving me links to download Flash Player. Even the DMG file it downloads when you click on it says Click here to download Flash….

    Final Cut Pro quit unexpectedly.

    Click Reopen to open the application again. Click Report to see more detailed information and send a report to Apple.

    IT WILL NOT OPEN… Already tried this in terminal

    I hope this can help you:
    1.-Open terminal app an type: sudo spctl –master-disable
    2.-Press Enter key and type your password and press again Enter key (the password is not visible when you type it, don´t worry, is normal)
    3.-Type : xattr -cr <<—after cr press the SPACE key
    4.-Drag and drop Final Cut Pro app in the Terminal app window and press again Enter key and thats all

    FINAL CUT WILL NOT OPEN

      How were you able to get it to work? I tried the above terminal commands to no avail. I just updated to the latest Ventura OS and every time I try to open Final Cut it quits unexpectedly. Any help?

    Currently on Ventura 13.4, M1 Pro. Installation is good and app launches fine. Have not had the time to edit but will update whether the app is smooth or buggy. Thanks TM.
