If a mission freezes during loading, restart and try again. It should launch normally the socond time.
It’s working respectably on M4 Mini. Some missions won’t load and needs relaunch.
It is possible to find the Original GTA IV, if you use your brain a bit. It is not on this website.

I just see additional episodes and not main game
