Everyone has its own favorite graphic editor but very few applications have reached the popularity level of Adobe’s photo processing software: Photoshop.

    The reason why the “sorry this adobe app is not available” message appears is because it receives a signal from the Adobe server side. Incoming connections must also be blocked so that it can be used without errors. As you can see that the error does not appear when you open Photoshop after disconnecting the Internet, an app like Little Snitch is helpful to solve this. (Block incoming connections)

    I was able to download and use it, but without opening the ap, the Adobe Genuine Service Alert pops up and says, “Unlicensed apps have been disabled….” is there any way to stop it from appearing out of nowhere? It’s annoying when it pops up during meetings!

    Hello! I received this alert after some open minutes Photoshop 2023 and Illustrator 2023. I could fix it block the out/in connections using Radio Silence, Little Snitch or LuLu (free).
    I blocked these:
    /Applications/Utilities/Adobe Creative Cloud Experience/CCXProcess/CCXProcess.app

    /Library/Application Support/Adobe/Creative Cloud Libraries/CCLibrary.app/Contents/libs/node

    /Applications/Utilities/Adobe Creative Cloud Experience/CCXProcess/CCXProcess.app/Contents/MacOS/CCXProc

    /Applications/Utilities/Adobe Creative Cloud/ACC/Creative Cloud.app

    /Applications/Adobe Illustrator 2023/Adobe Illustrator.app

    /Applications/Adobe Photoshop 2023/Adobe Photoshop 2023.app

    If you use app that block , block all in/out app and procceses that use Adobe

    Thanks Xavier, I’ll try your suggestion. The file that comes inside the .dmg called “AntiCC” does the same as Radio Silence, Little Snitch or LuLu? what is the difference?

    if you are having problems installing it in ventura, (M1 Silicon) dble click on Photoshop 24.0 UB Intaller- then with the “INSTALL.app” right click and select “Show package Contents” then enter the “Contents” folder and proceed to “MAC OS” folder and double click on “INSTALL – exec icon”. You may be presented with warnings- just allow it on the “Privacy and security” tab in “System Settings” so you can lauch the installer properly.

    This actually works! Thank you! May someone please get the Adobe Animate 2023 version to upload here? I can never succeed in keeping it on my computer, but the “package patch” makes it work.

    I solved the error message of “Sorry, this adobe app is not available” by disconnecting internet connection and open Adobe Apps without any internet connection, after around 15 minutes connected back to the internet and everyhing gets back working properly. 🙂

    Tried resetting the hosts app and disabling AdGuard but nothing works! Another user, ‘Rob’, mentions that it works if you disconnect from the internet but that’s not a good solution, It would be great to work while still connected to the internet…

      Sorry can you tell us how neural filters works on your computer because we can’t fine any solutions, yes photoshop works fine on my Macbook Pro M1 and Ventura but without Neural Filter

      I had the same problem, and I tried and works this steps, I currently use a Mac OS Big Sur.

      System Preferences – Security & Privacy – Firewall Options – + Sign then ADD Photoshop or Any Adobe program on it and Block Incoming Connections.

      The message will still there (some times do not show) but everything works perfectly.

    It was working just fine until this morning when this started popping up
    “This Photoshop app is unlicensed
    Unlicensed apps may contain malware that expose your files and personal data to security risks. Adobe provides a 10-day grace period to resolve this issue with exclusive discounts on replacement apps.”

    And it says it will be disabled in 10 days.

    I uninstalled, reinstalled, tried with AntiCC as well as CC Desktop, with and without Lulu, with and without host entries. Running Ventura 13.1 on a 2017 iMac Retina 5K. Thanks.

    This calls home.

    It will work if you have the internet disconnected.
    If you have the internet connected and also block the PS.app with a firewall it will exit after a few mitutes.
    If you don’t block PS.app it will work, but it will connect to Adobe. You can see it connect in Lulu or Radio Silence.

    This version calls back to Adobe. So it’s not really safe, and will probably stop working.

    It will work if you are disconnected from the internet.

    If you are connected to the internet, but PS can’t connect to one of the 9 end points it looks for, the program will either crash or ask you if you want to save before quiting.

    I guess Adobe are the winners fro now.

    Happy to be proven wrong.
