Who is/was able to make this release work? This release is a real challenge. No instructions, 2 kind of cracks, at least for what I noticed they are mutual excluding, I mean, either one or another but not both.

Lack of instructions on the release is a real problem…. I am erasing and trying purely by “luck” here

It works for me. No issues there… Took me some time tho.
Here are the steps I took :
    – Unzip the files
    – Install Waves Central and let it update.
    – Copy the “install.cen” file and the “Data” folder to : User/Public/Waves Offline Installers
    – Clear Waves caches if any (tried a few other versions or torrents before so I had to delete that folder) : Go to Library then to Caches > Waves Audio > Waves Central> QtWebEngine>Default and delete the caches folder.
    – Restart.
    – Run the Waves Central App, choose offline installation. Then double-click on the install.cen file or select “Run from an offline installer” and browse. The “Waves Offline Installers” folder should appear. Click on the “install.cen” file. If it doesn’t appear right away, just look for the folder through Finder.
    – After running the installer, the different plugins should now appear on the Waves Central app . Select all. Then start installing.
    – When finished, it will ask you to restart so do it.
    – Run “WavesLicenceEngine”.
    – When finished, just open you DAW and it should work.
    🙂
(If you DAW can’t open some files with the “.dylib” extension because it’s unknown, just look for them on the Finder, select all of them and press Control, then click and Open with Terminal. After that they should be recognized).

    Cheers!

      Hi Iyad,

Thank you for this precious explanation !
I’ve followed your recommendation and everything is working until I try to run plugins into Ableton. It doesn’t open anything and tell anything. Do you know what are the options here ?

      Thank

I followed your instructions and it worked just fine. Can’t thank you enough!
Ran on Catalina 10.15.4 and they loaded fine on Logic Pro 10.5.0, with no hassle

How do you “Run’ the “WavesLisenceEngine”? I see the file WaveLisenceEngine.bundle inside the module folder but I don’t know how to “Run” it.

Hi there! I tried it many times but I’m having issues with the license and the login. Also, once you install other versions is really hard to delete everything (caché and other plugins and more stuff)
Anyone knows how to make it work in Ableton? When it seemed that everything was correctly installed, Ableton do not recognize it and it doesn’t work at all…
    Thanks in advance

    Cheers

      Hi there,
      I’m using Ableton on Mac.
I followed Iyad process but I needed a last step to get it working :
Once you did everything Iyad explains, open Ableton, go to Preferences/File Folder
At the bottom, you can select your Personnal Vst folder. You have to select the folder where you installed Waves.
If you’re on Mac too, it would probably be the same as me : /Applications/Waves (not Waves Central !).
Then when you go back to your plug in menu, a new folder “custom” has appeared and contains all the Waves plug in you installed.
      Hope it helped

I’m having trouble with the sample library. Any suggestion, I can’t use plugins such as: Clavinet, Grand Rhapsody, etc.
