Who keeps posting these incomplete files that won’t open? Does no one screen these submissions on the site? Geez.

      open Terminal app.
if you downloaded the the app at Download, type in the terminal:
      cd (hit enter)
      then run the following:
      chmod +x
Now try to run the file again.
If a popup appears saying that is malware:
Open Privacy & Security and search form open anyway
Last, open and you should be able to install it.

After typing cd in terminal and hitting return,
Type as mentioned above: chmod +x
However, your computer doesn’t know where the is, so you need to include the whole path to it. The easiest way is to first type: chmod +x
next you can drag the to your terminal window – this will automatically include the full path to it. Please be sure that you have a space after the x. Next you need to add the rest of the command above immediately after
          chmod +x /yourpathtotheapp/
          That’s it! It will work.
