You can resolve any permission issue with Big Sur in this way, but you will have the Paste app open and working under Activity monitor but not visible anywhere and so, useless but you can try anyway:
-Install Xcode, the official development tool by Apple, download it for free on App Store
-Open terminal and paste this:
codesign –force –deep –sign – /Applications/Paste.app

And remember, never use as written up, sudo spctl –master-disable, is dangerous and leave your Mac with no protection.
