no pude realiar la instalacion me pide acceso a mi cuenta de applestore para restaurar algun otromodelo anterior y al dar cacelar no me permite abrir la aplicacion

con la versión 17.1.5 si me deja trabajar sin problema pero cuando lo actualiza a cualquier versión después de esa me pide acceso a mi cuenta de apple, hay alguna solución para esto que nos puedan apoyar
