Keep It is to write notes, web links and keep documents and find them again. Available on Mac, and as a standalone application for iPhone and iPad, Keep It is the fate of all those things you want to put it somewhere, confident that find again later.

Notes, links and everything else

Annotate
Create notes with embedded styles that look good and read well on all your devices. Notes can contain checklists, bulleted and numbered lists, pictures, links and other attachments.
Save web links
Save web links to Keep It, display them on the application, open them in your browser or save them as PDF files or web for offline reading.
Add something
You can create any type of file from stationery, add it to Keep It or save it to your folder, and then open it for editing in other applications. With iCloud, the changes are automatically available on all your Mac and iOS devices.
Preview and editing
Keep It generates thumbnails and abstracts for most files, you can edit your own notes, rich text, plain text and Markdown files, add highlights and notes in PDF and display images, web pages and most other documents. Any item can be encrypted with a password.

iCloud

Everywhere
Keep It can store everything in iCloud and make it available on all your Mac, iPhone and iPad and also with Keep It for iPad and iPhone.
Share folders and items
Keep it may share top – level folders and individual items with other users Keep It through iCloud. Participants will see all changes automatically.

Organize

Folders
Folders let you organize elements and packages hierarchically, when necessary. Select a folder to see everything in it, double – click the sidebar to focus on that folder.
Bundles
When you need to collect things in one place, make a package. The elements may be in more than one package at a time, and when you remove the package, everything else remains where it was.
Tags
Use tags to color code elements for a quick visual recognition. The labels are listed in the sidebar so you can quickly see all with a particular tag.
more lists
Use the Recent list to see things you’ve added or seen lately, with the last shown at the top. Favorites provide quick access. Deleted items are automatically deleted after 30 days.

Search and filter

Search
Keep It can search the contents of most files. The suggestions appear as you type, allowing you to narrow the results to exactly what you need, or use keywords and natural language. Save searches for reuse later.
Tag filter
Keep It’s Tag Filter makes finding items using labels and works with the search and the selected list. Choose a tag to view all tagged items and any other relevant label; Choose another label to go deeper.

It works with your Mac

Actual files
Keep It stores everything as you add files, folders and labels in the Finder that reflect what you see in the application, rather than put everything in a database. You can even save new files in these folders to automatically add them .
True integration
This approach allows Keep It works with the system and all your existing applications, files can be searched with Spotlight, to back up with Time Machine and open in any suitable application for editing. Keep It tasks can be automated with AppleScript.

Compact mode
In Compact mode, Keep It for Mac becomes a single column, ideal for use with other applications or split screen.
It works with other applications
Almost everything can be dragged to Keep It, and you can also add things in a variety of applications to Keep It’s share extension.
