iZotope RX 9 Audio Editor Advanced v9.0.1 macOS
Welcome to RX 9! This version features new processing that makes generating complex ambiences, removing tricky hum and interference, and separating dialogue from background noise easier and faster than ever. We’ve delivered new modes to Ambience Match, Dialogue Isolate, and De-hum. And the History list is now expandable with the ability to restore a selection to previous processing steps.
What’s New:
Version 9.0.0:
- Ambience Match: (ADV) Automatically create ambient fill from complex background sounds such as traffic, crowds or water.
- Dialogue Isolate: (ADV) We’ve added a new neural net that better isolates dialogue from background noise while preserving underlying ambience.
- De-hum: (ADV & STD) Remove hum, buzz and interference at any frequency with a new Dynamic mode that finds and targets objectionable sounds.
- Spectral Editor ARA Plug-in (only in Logic): (ADV & STD) Surgically remove and repair unwanted noises in your dialogue and instrumental tracks inside Logic via Audio Random Access.
- Expandable History List: (ADV & STD) The History list is now larger and shows more of your processing steps.
- Restore Selection: (ADV & STD) Roll back a selection to its previous or original unprocessed state via the History list.
Compatibility: macOS 10.14 or later

It works. But very unstable.
If I select a section of the audio and cut. It crashes.
If I click between the tabs, it crashes.
“The following plugins failed to load because they are not valid 64bit AAX Plugins” ERROR MESSAGE.
I followed the directions, and moved all the patch files to their correct folders in /Library. I got this error when I opened up ProTools and yes I did restart my mac. I hope this will be fixed soon!! It’s working perfectly fine when you open the standalone RX9 app, but it does not work in any of the DAWs such as ProTools or Logic.
.aax working??
I got success:
after installation, replace patched app in applications folder.
then copy patch file to desktop.
open terminal and type: sudo chmod 777 /Users/BLA-BLA-BLA/Desktop/patch.command
(BLA-BLA-BLA is your user)
then open patch file, and RX9 will be patched.
Perhaps this work
sudo chmod -R 755 /Applications/iZotope\ RX\ 9\ Audio\ Editor.app
sudo xattr -dr com.apple.quarantine /Applications/iZotope\ RX\ 9\ Audio\ Editor.app
chmod 777 /Applications/iZotope\ RX\ 9\ Audio\ Editor.app
Worked for me. Thanks a lot!
Not working, please fix this. And also the patch instructions are confusing.
“You do not have permission to open the application.” Same here! thanks for the effort…
besides, the app icon (k’ed) looks only pixeled…
You do not have permission to open the application.
No working in mi Mac Mini M1. Que pasa, cabrones! Pinche pendijos!
