Works perfectly on IMAC Intel Ventura.
    1. Open the application disk image and slide the application in the Application folder. Do not open the application.
    2. Double click on the patch “Double click to patch.Command”. The window of the terminal application opens.
    3. Enter your user password and wait for the end of the process.
    4. Open the application and go to the preferences to the application does not update automatically. Enjoy.

    Works fine!

    1. Go to Settings > Privacy & Security and locate the Security section. Keep this window open.
    2. Open the .dmg file and drag it to the Applications folder.
    3. Open the patch folder and double-click the “double click to patch” file. This will open Terminal. Enter your system password when prompted to complete the patching process.

👉🏻If prompted for a license, close the application and rerun the patch. This should resolve the issue.✅

*If the App or Terminal does not run, ensure you grant access in Settings > Privacy & Security > Security by clicking Open Now.

    You’re welcome.

’ve been using CleanShot X with the libediso.dylib patch without any issues for a long time:
    • On the previous macOS version → everything worked fine.
    • After upgrading to macOS Tahoe (not a clean install) → still worked fine.
    • But after doing a clean install directly on Tahoe → the app launches (the process runs), but no UI shows up.

    What I’ve checked:
    • The patch applies correctly (libediso.dylib is injected, codesign verification passes).
    • Gatekeeper is disabled (spctl reports accepted).
    • CleanShot X is listed in Accessibility and Screen Recording permissions.
    • Logs show continuous PlugInKit/LaunchServices activity but no explicit crash.

It seems like something changed with Tahoe clean installs compared to upgrades.
Is anyone else seeing this behavior? Do we need a Tahoe-specific version of libediso.dylib, or is it better to downgrade CleanShot X to a previous build?

Thanks in advance for any feedback!

It’s working on Macbook Air M1 on Tahoe, following the steps mentioned. Just be careful not to open the application before executing the terminal step (“double click to patch”).
