HI,
I have an error message
April 13, 2025 11:51 pm
For quite some time now, every release of Algoriddim djay Pro found on this site seem to be okay on Apple Silicon, but does not work at all on Intel macs. When attempting to launch on an Intel Mac, you will receive this error:
Namespace SIGNAL, Code 10 Bus error: 10
From what I have read, this error can be caused by TNT’s certificate being removed by Apple. You can sign the app yourself using this command:
sudo codesign –force –deep –sign – /Applications/djay\ Pro.app
While this does seem to solve the above error, and allows you to initially launch djay and get some of its initial setup screens, it ends up crashing anyway with a different error:
Namespace SIGNAL, Code 4 Illegal instruction: 4
I haven’t figured out how to solve for that one. If the folks at TNT are reading this, might you recommend a fix for this on Intel Macs? Much appreciated and thanks for all the work that you all do.
